The Right Marriage

Our premarital counseling course allows for both individuals (Bride and Groom) to do their assessment separately. It is the meat and potato for longevity of a marriage to be successful. It is taking that extra step to invest in your relationship before it begins and will assist you in being better prepared especially having a trained professional to guide you. Since my husband and I have celebrated our Silver Wedding anniversary, and as your facilitator we certainly will be able to share life experience in many of the topics included in this course.

Our Christian Marriage Counseling is Christ Centric as it focuses on the whole person which includes the mind, body, soul and spirit. It focuses on what the true intent God had in store for a man to woman relationship.  Each area mentioned will be discussed during our session, as it will give new meaning and understanding to your role in building a solid relationship.

Premarital counseling is a requirement prior to receiving your marriage license in the state of Florida. However, the course can inform the individual as to how they score on each area.   

Our course has 5 one hour session  to be completed at one hour segment. The topics are as follows:
1.  Finance
2.  Communication
3.  Conflict Resolution
4.  Intimacy
5.  Role and responsibility

Bonus Lesson: Health and Wellness

The Facilitator will have an open discussion regarding each subject and review areas of deficit or strength. This will allow us to gauge compatibility for a successful life long relationship. The purpose of the course  enables us to evaluate many factors needed to create a harmonious marriage. At the course completion a certificate will be issued to both participant.

We truly believe when a couple take the time to invest in themselves prior to marriage,  they will gain the knowledge and skills needed to determine their expectation. Whatever is lacking, this is where the help of the facilitator comes in assessing compatibility. If not do they move forward or do they make the decision to go separate ways.   

The success rate of couples counseling has increased from 50% in the 1980s to 75% in 2022.

Marriage relationship counseling is also available for the couple who may be having some conflict that needs to be resolved.  Discussion often can include any of the topics that are covered in our premarital course.  We focus on allowing each participants to share their concern openly while recommending suggestions that will help both parties obtain resolution.  It should be noted that every counseling session that you attend is a valuable investment into your relationship.  Counseling allows you to find your emotional, mental and spiritual well being while enveloping your interpersonal skills  to better serve each other.  We also service the following:
