Remote online notarization allows individuals, banks, law firms, Title/Escrow Offices to connect with a notary over the internet.

Authorized online notaries in Florida can now notarize electronic documents for clients located anywhere in the United States or the Globe. This service provided via a secure audio-video connection approved by the state. Please note that Facetime or Zoom is not an authorized platform for this service.

RON became effective January 1, 2020 when Florida passed the law allowing documents to be notarized online. The process allows the notary to be on their computer and the customer will also be on their computer at the same time. The customer must show proof of identification while passing a certain test questions. Four out of five must be answered correctly. You have two tries to be correct. If the questions are not answered correctly on the second try, the session will be terminated.

This service will provide convenience for the customer who has good computer skills.

The pricing for RON has different layers as outlined by the state.

Should a customer opt to use a Credit Card, all processing fees will be added to the cost of service rendered. This method is Venmo.

All stored information will only be disclosed according to compliance with government set Privacy regulations. We do not sell or trade our clients' personal data to any third party.

Cancellation Policy

All fees are payable to Exceedingly Mobile Notary LLC .

If our notary is in transit, or arrives to the signing location and signing does not occur for any reasons whatsoever there will be a $60 cancellation fee assessed.

You agree to hold Exceedingly Mobile Notary LLC, their employees and contractors harmless. By proceeding with payment you confirm you have read and expressly agreed to fees and terms of our service.
