For us to handle your real estate transaction, the first requirement is to be a Notary Public in our state.   Next, we are required to have training in the subject matter of handling loans, take an exam so we can be certified as a loan signing agent.    Once we have met the standard requirement we are now knowledgeable to assist you in closing your loan.   All transaction between clients has a high level of confidentiality during and after execution of your closing.   We are able to handle the following loan transaction.    

Commercial, HELOC, Refinance,  Buyer/purchase, Seller, SBA Loan, Quit Claim Deed, Warranty Deed and Enhance Life Estate Deed for Florida.

During the time of being in business, we have closed over 1,000 real estate transactions.  Therefore, we can serve the following businesses:

Signing Services

Private citizen

Hiring our Service:

All transaction includes a Mobile Service fee plus notarization fee for each Acknowledgement and Oath administered in the loan package.  All private transaction will be required to fill out our Intake Form for necessary communication for Lender and Title company.
