Should a customer opt to use a Credit Card, all processing fees will be added to the cost of service rendered. This method is Venmo.

All stored information will only be disclosed according to compliance with government set Privacy regulations. We do not sell or trade our clients' personal data to any third party.
All fees are payable to Exceedingly Mobile Notary LLC .
If our notary is in transit, or arrives to the signing location and signing does not occur for any reasons whatsoever there will be a $60 cancellation fee assessed.
You agree to hold Exceedingly Mobile Notary LLC, their employees and contractors harmless. By proceeding with payment you confirm you have read and expressly agreed to fees and terms of our service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Exceedingly Mobile Notary LLC and the signing Notary Public harmless. You understand that we are not attorneys and therefore not licensed to practice law and cannot give legal advice.
